- No smoking anywhere in the building, including the garden.
- Pets
- No pets.
- Children
- Children of any age are welcome. We have one cot.
- Meals
- No breakfast service. The kitchen is yours, and there is a market two streets over.
- Parking
- None on site. Coin parking on Senbon-dori, three minutes away.
- Luggage
- We will hold bags before check-in and after check-out if you ask in advance.
- Quiet hours
- 22:00 to 08:00. These are residential streets and the walls are thin.
- Languages
- We speak Japanese and English.
- Cancellation
- Free to cancel until eight days before arrival. From seven days before, half the total is charged, the day itself included, and a no-show is charged in full.
- Access
- Not step-free. There is a raised threshold at the entrance and the stairs to the first floor are steep and narrow, as they are in most machiya. Please ask before booking if this matters.
